Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a short walk from the main square. There is also a tram stop nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there is a nice grocery store close by, making it convenient for any necessities you may need.

The hotel's taxi service was unreliable and didn't show up as scheduled, causing inconvenience to guests.

The facilities were great, with a lovely design. Kamil was helpful and the location was close to the city center with plenty of nearby cafes and supermarkets. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and working AC. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with helpful suggestions for exploring the city. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The staff were polite and very helpful, airport shuttle and trips were all sorted by the hotel, perfect room with a large double bed, excellent bathroom, plenty of storage space, self-service breakfast with a wide range of options.

Convenient location for clinic visits, within walking distance. Enjoyed the wrap-around balcony for relaxing after touring. Spacious, clean bedroom with comfortable, firm mattress. Abundant breakfast options, especially enjoyed the Polish buffet. Helpful and excellent receptionist at the front desk.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a kettle which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with the comfiest mattress I've ever slept on. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at a nice temperature even in the heat of the summer. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from, although they could have offered more choices for those with special dietary needs, like gluten-free bread. the hotel provided excellent facilities and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. the staff was helpful in arranging transfers and providing information for excursions.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making my stay all the more enjoyable.
